SubscriptionsTerms and Conditions

Your Clever Certificates membership, starting with Basic or Lite Free, will continue month-to-month unless canceled or terminated. Cancel your membership before renewal to avoid charges for the next billing period.

Weekly Subscriptions:
  • Valid for SEVEN (07) days from the date of purchase.
  • Automatically ends after one billing cycle; no recurring payments.
  • Using the "cancel subscription" feature has no effect.
Monthly Subscriptions:
  • Cancel before the renewal date (midnight UTC) to avoid charges.
  • If cancellation occurs on the renewal date, it takes effect the following billing cycle.
  • To downgrade to Basic, email support@clevercertificates.com with your username or email at least one day before renewal.

Clever Certificates aims to provide high-quality digital templates. Below are the refund policies applicable to subscriptions and individual orders:

1. General Refund Policy
  • Eligibility: Requests must be made within 02 days of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: Templates that have been downloaded, printed, shared, or customized are not eligible for refunds.
2. Subscription-Based Purchases
Monthly Subscription:
  • Cancel anytime; refunds are available within 02 days of the subscription period if no templates have been accessed.
Weekly Subscription:
  • Non-recurring; ends automatically after 07 days.
  • Refunds available within 02 days if no templates have been accessed.
3. Individual Template Orders
  • Refund requests must be made within 02 days of purchase.
  • Templates that have been downloaded, printed, or shared are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our customer service team at support@clevercertificates.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.

5. Refund Processing Timeframe

Approved refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Exceptions

In rare cases where a template is defective or not as described, contact our customer service team. We will review and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
