2. Individual Template Purchases (Pay As You Go)

  • On-Demand Delivery
    After purchasing a template or digital document, delivery details and instructions appear right on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

  • Issue Reporting

    • Report any delivery or file-access issues within 2 days of purchase.

    • After 2 days, files are considered delivered and downloadable.
